    Well, first, I think this is a funny quote and if you read it again it has a big meaning too. From my understanding of this quote 20% of people don't care about your problems because they have enough of their own, and they don't want to get involve into any kind of problem and they don’t want to see it either. Sometimes sharing your thoughts to other people can cause unnecessary drama, the best way to avoid is to keep your thoughts to yourself. The other 80% of people who are glad you have problems is because they may have their own, and it makes them feel better if someone has a problems worse than their own. I am really to tell people about my problems, they probably don’t care about it. But on the other hand it might be good to share your problems maybe with your family or your best friends, they might have some solutions to help you out. Avoid posting your problems on public website such as twitter, facebook or myspace and people won’t bother to your problems.
